How can I report a problem or bug in leanIX?

Use  the Support Button

You can find the Support Button in the lower right corner as shown here in the Screenshot.



Another window will be shown on top where you can describe in more detail the problem you experience. Click submit and we will take care of your request. Look in your email inbox for our reply. In some rare cases this email might be received in your spam-Folder which you should check as well.
