I am trying to import data from Excel file. When I run in test mode, there is no error. But when I want to import correctly, it shows Problem "We were unable to complete the import for the following reason
An unexpected error occurred. The following error code helps the LeanIX support (support@leanix.net) to solve the error: 24E4-FFC6"

Dear Hien Pham, there can be several reasons why an Excel import fails even though the test run was successful. To find out the reason in your case, I would recommend that you create a LeanIX support ticket here: https://leanix.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

The main reason that I have seen this error have been errors in the header rows in the spreadsheet - I always export a sample of what I want to load to ensure that this is correct.
I have also seen that error when trying to import child factsheets in the same spreadsheet as the parent.
